RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AMIKYO (網響), we want every client to have a confident, satisfying shopping experience.   If you are not fully satisfied, you can request a return or refund under the terms below.

1) Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

2) Eligibility

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.   Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

3) How to Start a Return

Email studio@amikyo-scd.com
with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if there is a defect.   Wait for our instructions before shipping.

4) Return Shipping & Labels

A. Non-fault returns (no mistake or defect by AMIKYO (網響))
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.   AMIKYO (網響) will provide a Return Label payment link.   Typical cost is USD 40–55 depending on destination and courier.   After payment, the label is issued within 2 business days.

B. Defective or incorrect items
AMIKYO (網響) covers the full cost of return shipping and any replacement.

C. Exchanges requested by the customer
AMIKYO (網響) can provide a Return Label.   The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

D. Europe (EU region) — case by case
Due to local customs rules and courier availability, EU returns may receive an AMIKYO (網響) return label on a case-by-case basis.   Contact us first to confirm eligibility and cost.   If a label is issued for a non-fault return, the fee rules in 4A apply.   If you choose a Credit Gift Card refund, AMIKYO (網響) will cover the label per section 6B.

Only ship to the address above.   Returns to any other address refused.

6) Refund Methods

A. Original payment refund
For non-fault returns, the customer pays the Return Label fee.   After the item arrives and passes inspection, we process the refund within 2 business days.

B. Credit Gift Card refund
You may choose a Credit Gift Card instead of a cash refund.   In this case, AMIKYO (網響) covers the Return Label cost.   The Gift Card activates once the return shipment is confirmed.   It has no expiration and can be used on our website.

7) Packaging & Customs Declaration

Before shipping any return, contact us for the correct paperwork.
Clearly mark the airway bill and customs forms as “Returned Goods, No Commercial Value” and include the original order number.   Do not declare the shipment as a new sale.   Incorrect declarations can cause delays and import charges.   Any charges caused by incorrect declaration or shipping to the wrong address may be deducted from the refund for non-fault returns.

8) Processing Time

Total timeline, including international transit and inspection, is typically 7–15 business days.

9) Non-returnable items

Mask, Headgear, gloves, underwear, briefs, and close-fitting clothing are not eligible for return.
